Delivery & Setup - The delivery was smoother than I anticipated. This thing is a beast (it weighs over 100kg), so I was worried about getting it into my living room. The team handled the installation, which was a relief. It looks very modern and I got the black version and the LED lights on the side give it a cool, futuristic look. The "4D" marketing isn't just fluff. The rollers actually feel like they have depth; they don't just roll up and down, they push into the muscle.

Cons - There are a lot of menus. My dad tried using it and got a bit confused, so I had to teach him the voice commands instead.

Verdict For the price, the build quality is shocking (in a good way). It feels sturdy, the leather doesn't feel cheap, and the motor is quieter than I expected. If you are looking for a deep-tissue massage chair that rivals the $8,000+ models but don't want to spend that much, the Nova is a solid win.

We came all the way from Qatar to buy a massage chair because we don't have showrooms here. We bought a NOVA model and drove 10 hours through Saudi. We were assured that despite the location we still will have 3 years warranty and customer support from Dubai. There’s so much to love about the Nourest massage chair, but here are favorite features:

Customizable Care: I appreciate being able to focus on specific areas like my neck, shoulders, and legs. The ability to select the exact area I want the massage to target is fantastic. The warm heating function adds a soothing touch, and the kneading massage method is particularly effective. The only thing I wish for is an additional knee massage option.
