Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Nourest offers free delivery and installation across the entire UAE for all
orders. In KSA, free delivery and installation are included for locations
within a 100 km city radius.

How longwill it take to receive my order in the UAE?

Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery
times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as
weather conditions or carrier delays.

What are the delivery times for KSA orders?

For orders in Saudi Arabia, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days. Free delivery and installation are available for locations within a 100 km city radius

Do you ship internationally outside of GCC?

Yes, Nourest can arrange international shipping beyond the GCC region. However, you will need to have a shipping agent in the UAE, or our team can help find one

Does Nourest offer installation services?

Absolutely. Free installation is included with every delivery in both the UAE and KSA. Our trained team will set up your Nourest product to ensure optimal performance.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

For standard accessories and smaller items, free delivery applies to orders above
AED 150. Orders below AED 150 incur a shipping fee of AED 15 (excluding VAT).
For all massage chairs, delivery and installation are always free across the
UAE.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product after it has been delivered and installed?

Once a product has been shipped and installation has been completed, returns are not accepted. We encourage customers to review product details carefully or try in our showroom before placing an order.

What happens if a defect is found during installation?

If any manufacturing defect is identified during the installation process, Nourest
will repair the product free of charge. If a repair is not feasible, the product will be replaced as a final resolution.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on the basis of a change of mind once the product has been delivered and installed. We recommend taking advantage of our Free Home Trial offer to experience the chair before committing to a purchase.

How long does it take to process a refund?

For eligible returns, refunds are initiated within 1–2 working days after the return has been approved. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your card-issuing bank's processing times.

How willI receive my refund?

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The credited amount is subject to the policies of your respective card-issuing
bank.

Warranty & Repair

What warranty does Nourest offer on its products?

Nourest offers up to 10 years of warranty coverage on its Luxury Series(above 20K AED) massage chairs, and a 3-year warranty on all other series. Massage accessories are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever comes later.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and includes free parts replacement for the applicable warranty period on selected models. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or consumable components such as batteries, leather surfaces, or accessories.

Will the warranty be voided under any circumstances?

Yes. The warranty will be voided if the product's serial number is tampered with, or if the product shows evidence of commercial use. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is also excluded from warranty coverage.

What happens if my product needs to be replaced under warranty?

Nourest reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product. If a replacement unit is provided, the original product's warranty is voided and the replaced unit becomes the property of Nourest.

How do I arrange a warranty repair or service?

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will arrange one of the following: (a) an
in-home service visit by an authorised Nourest technician, (b) collection of
the product for workshop repair, or (c) dispatch of a replacement unit or part.
