1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Nourest, we are committed to delivering premium massage chairs and wellness products that stand the test of time. Every Nourest product is designed to the highest quality standards and backed by one of the most comprehensive warranty programmes in the UAE — up to 10 years on qualifying products.

This Warranty Policy describes the coverage provided with your Nourest product, the conditions that apply, and how to make a warranty claim. Please read this document carefully and retain it along with your proof of purchase for the duration of your warranty period.

2. Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Nourest warranty periods vary by product category and component. The following table outlines standard warranty coverage:

In the event of any discrepancy, the product-specific warranty term stated at the time of purchase shall prevail.

3. What Is Covered

The Nourest warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in all mechanical and electrical components, arising under normal domestic use conditions. This includes:

       Structural frame defects — cracks, fractures, or failures in the product frame not caused by misuse or external force

       Motor and mechanical failures — breakdown of massage rollers, airbags, reclining mechanisms, track systems, or heating elements

       Electrical component faults — failure of control panels, wiring, circuit boards, or power supplies

       Software or firmware issues — malfunctions in the onboard control system that can be resolved through a software update or component repair

       Remote controls — manufacturing defects in remote control units supplied with the product

Important: Leather, upholstery, fabric coverings, padding, and foam are not covered under the Nourest warranty for any product category. These materials are subject to normal wear and tear and are excluded from all warranty tiers. Customers requiring upholstery repairs or replacements should contact us separately for a service quotation.

All warranty repairs and replacements will be carried out by Nourest-authorised technicians using genuine Nourest components or manufacturer-approved equivalents.

4. What Is Not Covered

The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage across all product categories:

       Leather, upholstery, fabric coverings, padding, and foam — these materials are excluded from all warranty tiers regardless of product or warranty period

       Normal wear and tear of any component, including gradual fading, surface scratches, softening of padding, or discolouration over time

       Damage caused by misuse, accidents, falls, or improper handling

       Damage resulting from failure to follow the product's care, usage, or maintenance instructions

       Damage caused by use outside of a domestic household setting (e.g., commercial, rental, or clinic use) unless a commercial warranty upgrade has been purchased

       Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than a Nourest-authorised technician

       Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function (e.g., minor scuffs, stains, or discolouration from cleaning products)

       Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or use with incompatible power adaptors

       Consumable parts with a limited natural lifespan (e.g., batteries, remote control covers)

       Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

       Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or outside the UAE

5. Warranty Registration

Your warranty is automatically registered at the time of purchase when you buy directly through www.nourest.com or through our authorised sales team. To ensure seamless warranty service, we recommend:

       Retaining your original order confirmation or purchase receipt

       Keeping note of your product model name and serial number (found on the product label or in your order documentation)

       Contacting us to confirm your warranty registration if you are unsure of your coverage details

If you purchased your product as a gift or received it as part of a promotion, please contact us with your proof of purchase to register your warranty.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

       Step 1 — Contact Us: Reach our customer support team by phone (800 77 66 5), WhatsApp (+971 52 744 3151), or via the contact form at www.nourest.com/contact-us. Please have your order number, product model, serial number, and a description of the issue ready.

       Step 2 — Documentation: Provide photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect or malfunction. This helps our team assess the issue quickly and determine the appropriate course of action.

       Step 3 — Assessment: Our technical team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty.

       Step 4 — Resolution: Depending on the nature of the fault, we will arrange one of the following: (a) an in-home service visit by an authorised Nourest technician, (b) collection of the product for workshop repair, or (c) dispatch of a replacement unit or part.

       Step 5 — Completion: Once the repair or replacement is complete, we will return your product or deliver the replacement at no cost to you within the UAE.

Warranty service is provided within the UAE only. Products must not be shipped internationally for warranty service without prior written authorisation from Nourest.

7. Warranty Service Timelines

We aim to resolve all warranty claims as efficiently as possible. Indicative service timelines are as follows:

       Initial assessment response: Within 2–3 business days of your claim submission

       In-home service visit: Within 5–7 business days of claim approval (subject to technician availability and location)

       Workshop repair: Typically 7–14 business days depending on the nature of the fault and parts availability

       Replacement unit dispatch: Within 5–10 business days subject to stock availability

Nourest will keep you updated throughout the warranty process. If your repair is expected to take longer than the above timelines, we will notify you and provide an estimated completion date.

8. Repair, Replacement, and Refund Under Warranty

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Nourest will determine the most appropriate resolution at its discretion:

       Repair: We will repair the defective component or system using genuine parts at no charge to you.

       Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, or if the same fault recurs after two repair attempts, we will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model of equal or greater value.

       Refund: A warranty refund will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where neither repair nor replacement is feasible. Any such refund may be pro-rated based on the age and usage of the product.

Replaced or repaired products carry the remainder of the original warranty period or a minimum of 90 days on the repaired component, whichever is longer.

9. On-Site Service vs. Workshop Repair

Nourest provides on-site warranty service for most repairs, meaning our authorised technician will visit your home to carry out the repair. This is our preferred approach to minimise inconvenience to you. In some cases — such as complex mechanical or electrical repairs — your product may need to be transported to our service workshop. In these instances:

       Nourest will arrange collection and re-delivery of your product at no charge

       You will be given an estimated repair timeframe before the product is collected

       A loan unit may be available on request during extended repairs, subject to availability

10. Warranty Transferability

The Nourest warranty is attached to the product and is transferable to a subsequent owner within the UAE, provided the original proof of purchase can be presented. To transfer the warranty, the new owner should contact us with the original order details and their own contact information.

The warranty transfer does not reset or extend the original warranty period. The warranty remains valid for the balance of the original term from the original purchase date.

11. Limitation of Liability Under Warranty

The Nourest warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not limit or exclude any rights you may have by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nourest's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described in this policy.

Nourest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a product defect, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of income.

12. Your UAE Statutory Rights

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and any applicable implementing regulations. Your statutory rights may provide remedies in addition to those offered under this warranty. If you believe your statutory rights have not been respected, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant Consumer Protection Department.
