Delivery and Return Policy (Nourest)

Delivery Policy:

UAE Delivery:

If you place an order today in the UAE, expect your Nourest product to be delivered within 1-2 working days. Free delivery and installation services are provided for all orders within the UAE.

KSA Delivery:

For orders in KSA, delivery times range between 7 to 12 working days. Free delivery and installation are included for locations within a city radius of up to 100 KM in KSA.

Returns and Refunds:

• Once the product is shipped and installation is completed, returns will not be accepted.
• During the installation process, if any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within 1-2 working days after the return is approved.
• The amount credited back to the customer will be based on the policies of their respective card issuing bank.
• The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account is subject to the processing times of their card issuing bank.

Change of Mind:

• Products are not eligible for return in case of a "Change of mind" after delivery and installation.

Important Notes:

• In the case of manufacturing defects, please report the issue during the installation process.
• Installation services are provided free of charge for both UAE and KSA, ensuring your Nourest product is set up for optimal performance.
