UAE Delivery:

If you place an order today in the UAE, expect your Nourest product to be delivered within 1-2 working days. Free delivery and installation services are provided for all orders within the UAE.

KSA Delivery:

For orders in KSA, delivery times range between 7 to 12 working days. Free delivery and installation are included for locations within a city radius of up to 100 KM in KSA.

Returns and Refunds:

Once the product is shipped and installation is completed, returns will not be accepted.
During the installation process, if any manufacturing defects are detected, the product will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within 1-2 working days after the return is approved.
The amount credited back to the customer will be based on the policies of their respective card issuing bank.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account is subject to the processing times of their card issuing bank.

Change of Mind:

Products are not eligible for return in case of a "Change of mind" after delivery and installation.
