Question 1

How long should I use the chair per session?

Accepted Answer

15–20 minutes once or twice daily is ideal for most people. Start with 10-minute sessions for the first week while your muscles adjust. There's no benefit to running 60-minute sessions — shorter, more frequent use is more effective.

Question 2

Is the Nexo really worth it at AED 3,250?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At this price, most chairs use fixed vibration motors — the Nexo uses genuine 3D SL-Track rollers, which deliver therapeutic pressure rather than just surface vibration. The calf kneading function is unique at this price point. It's not a compromise; it's genuinely good.

Question 3

What does "zero gravity" actually feel like?

Accepted Answer

Your knees rise to heart level as the chair reclines. The sensation is immediately one of weightlessness — back tension drops noticeably because gravity isn't compressing your spine. First-timers often say it's the most relaxed they've felt in years. The Titan, Core-D, Stellar have 3-level version lets you find the position that feels best for your body.

Question 4

Do I need the body scanning feature in massage chair?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your height and body type. If you're between 165–180cm and average build, a standard chair will work well. If you're tall, short, or broad-shouldered, body scanning (available on the Nova, Titan, Stellar, Core-D, and Robo-X) makes a meaningful difference — rollers hit your actual acupressure points instead of the wrong spots.

Question 5

How much space do Nourest chairs need?

Accepted Answer

Most Nourest chairs need 10–20cm of wall clearance to fully recline. The Orion Pro and Orion 3D need slightly more. Always check the product page for dimensions. Nourest's delivery team can advise on placement when they install the chair.

Question 6

What warranty do Nourest chairs come with?

Accepted Answer

All the Nourest chairs come with a minimum 3 year and up to 10 years warranty — one of the longest in the industry. This covers parts and mechanical components. Full warranty details are available on the Nourest Warranty Policy page.

Question 7

Can I try before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nourest offers a free home trial — they bring the chair to your home so you can experience it in your own space before committing. You can also visit the showroom. Call 800 77 66 5 or book online.

Question 8

Is a massage chair safe if I have back problems?

Accepted Answer

For most common back issues — muscle tension, postural pain, general stiffness — massage chairs are safe and often beneficial. If you have a diagnosed spinal condition (herniated disc, stenosis, recent surgery, osteoporosis), speak with your physician first. The Titan's gentle stretch programs are often recommended as part of physiotherapy plans.
